REALTORS® are obliged to follow the Code of Ethics which raises their level of commitment to being the best they can be in all aspects of the industry including professional expectations. Skill Building will enhance and fine tune the REALTORS® base in key areas crucial to making them an exemplary professional who can offer true knowledge and expertise to their clients and customers.

This course will ensure REALTORS® use their forms correctly, understand the legal responsibilities when representing buyers and sellers, RESPA, best practices when negotiating, valuation of properties, branding, marketing, handling objections and an overall knowledge of the Code of Ethics. All the tools they need to be the best REALTOR® they can be.

REALTORS® will have a broader view of the importance of the spirit of cooperation when working with other REALTORS® and licensees. REALTORS® will also learn how to work to keep clients interests primary and how to handle difficult situations.

Course Credits:
-- NAR Code of Ethics and
-- GREC License Credit:
   - 15 CE Credits OR

   - Salesperson Post-License Credit when combined with Skill Building (2-Day Core Course)

For GRI credit, must pass the exam with a grade of 70% or higher.

For Sales Post-License credit, must pass this course exam and the GRI Core - Risk Management exam with a combined average of 75% or higher.

The GRI class exam is an online exam you must take at the end of the class -- while in the classroom/Livestream class. Be sure to bring a fully charged device to take the exam. We suggest a computer or tablet, not your phone, for taking the exam due to the device's screen size. You will be given the exam link at the time of the exam.

Certified by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, she founded ALERT Real Estate School to offer essential training for aspiring and current real estate professionals. Her educational reach extends to teaching for the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, where she emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and staying current in the real estate market. Additionally, her role as a certified Teacher, Trainer, and Coach for the John Maxwell Team allows her to provide leadership training and diversity awareness sessions through The Enlightenment Institute.

Dr. Cynthia's extensive career is marked by a commitment to excellence and personal development. Her early experiences as a flight attendant instilled a strong customer service ethic that she carries into her real estate practice. Today, she continues to expand her influence by writing and teaching continuing education classes and biblical studies, recently opening a brokerage in South Carolina. Dr. Cynthia attributes her success to her dedication to providing value to her clients and maintaining high team morale through clear expectations and open relationships. Her primary source of new clients comes from referrals, a testament to the trust and respect she has earned over her 40-year career.
