ABOUT EVENT

This course is designed to familiarize the students with the responsibilities and rights conferred upon all licensees by Georgia Real Estate License Law and Rules and Regulations. This course is tailored to provide licensees detailed guidance regarding License Law compliance and the ramifications that may follow for any violation. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)

Judge D. Parker

Judge Parker earned his Georgia Real Estate license in 1998 Broker license in 2001 and an Instructors' License in 2010. While actively selling real estate, Judge achieved high annual sales to place him in the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Judge has handled real estate transactions in numerous areas, including first-time buyers, investment properties, foreclosures, residential resale, luxury homes, commercial resale, and commercial property management. He is an approved Georgia Association of REALTORS® Partners in Education Instructor and has served as 2015 President of Metro South Association of REALTORS®, 2017 GAR Forms Committee Chairmen and named the State of Georgia 2018 Instructor of the Year by the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, he was awarded a grant from the Research and Recovery Fund through the Georgia Real Estate Commission to teach Broker Responsibilities and Managing a Georgia Real Estate Trust Account to Brokers and Agents in Georgia. Judge has spent countless hours training/instructing thousands of real estate professionals locally and around the State.
