Forsyth saw sales slow, but remains the most active market, while Dawson also recorded fewer sales with prices holding steady. Lumpkin posted modest sales with higher prices. - Median sales price: $617,500 (2.0% decrease)
- Average sales price: $672,500 (1.5% decrease)
- Total active listings: 1,316 (63.7% increase)
- New listings: 550 (18.5% increase)
- Month’s Supply: 4.9 (62.6% increase)
Dawson County
- Total sales: 47 (14.5% decrease)
- Median sales price: $410,000 (20.0% decrease)
- Average sales price: $579,500 (2.5% increase)
- Total active listings: 265 (47.2% increase)
- New listings: 94 (3.3% increase)
- Month’s Supply: 5.5 (42.9% increase)
Lumpkin County
- Total sales: 33 (13.2% decrease)
- Median sales price: $390,000 (7.6% increase)
- Average sales price: $441,500 (2.6% increase)
- Total active listings: 152 (39.4% increase)
- New listings: 73 (23.7% increase)
- Month’s Supply: 4.6 (29.7% increase)
