June Market Brief – GULBOR Highlights

The June 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties showed positive movement across most key metrics. Sales volume rose 29.9% year-over-year to $38.2M, with 97 units sold—an 11.5% increase. The median sale price edged up 1.8% to $280,000.

New listings climbed 19.1% to 156, and active listings rose 23.9% to 409. Compared to May, sales volume jumped 27.1%, units sold increased 14.1%, and prices were up slightly by 1.8%.
